Then check the prices and, if you’d like to go ahead, send us an email - or call if you would prefer. In fact, you can call whenever you’d like if you have any burning questions about the house or if you'd simply like to know a bit more about the area or the best ways to get there. In our own experience of staying in villas it's often a good thing to have a chat with the owner beforehand anyway.

If everything matches up we’ll then ask you for a deposit to secure the booking and we’ll also send you two hard copies of a contract - you should sign both and then send one of them back to us. The remainder of the rental fee is due 8 weeks before the beginning of your holiday.
