The largest room of the house is the magnificent Grand Salon, converted from an original 'grenier'. The beamed ceiling is over 30 foot high while the spectacular fireplace is a local Lauragais design. The stonework has all been recently repointed by a local artisan and the floor is an intricate mix of Italian terracotta. There is also dining space for 14.
The kitchen is well-kitted out and you should find all the facilities you need and more. Electric cooker, freestanding fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, food blender, and cafetiere. The kitchen door leads on to a terrace dining and barbecue area and then up a few steps to the pool. There is also a 'petite cuisine' just off the kitchen offering a further fridge, second sink area, ironing and first aid cupboard.
La Bomba enjoys a dining room with seating for 8 and superb antiques including a 19th century marbled console. Note that there is also dining for 14 in the Grand Salon and for 12 on the garden terrace.
